Realese WINDOWS 10 Update New!!

The latest update to Windows 10 is subtle, but the operating system feels mature.

This morning, my Surface Pro 4 asked me a question.
“How likely are you to recommend Windows 10 to a friend or colleague?”
It surprised me. I don’t think an operating system has ever asked me whether I like it or not. The fact it asked sums up why Microsoft is on the right track with Windows 10, and why the new Anniversary Update is another solid, if quiet, step in the right direction.
I have not used a Windows PC as my daily laptop for nearly five years now. Windows 8 laptops were no match for the Mac Air back in 2012, and I grew tired of making excuses for the operating system I defended for decades. But I may make a switch soon. After a year on the market, it is finally clear to me that Microsoft is listening to its customers again. The Windows 10 Anniversary Update isn’t a big change from what I saw a year ago, but it makes a number of small improvements in areas that may each matter to a different kind of person.
The Anniversary Update makes numerous small changes — too many to mention. But there are a few headliners of note, including Windows Ink, Cortana improvements, new Windows Hello functionality, Tablet Mode changes, and an improved Action Center.
Your Surface Pen just became more useful
I doubt a lot of Windows 10 owners have a Microsoft Surface Pen, but if you’re one of the lucky few who can go all analog on your digital screen, the Anniversary Update makes it easier.

The Wonder Woman 75th Anniversary Comic-Con panel

Wonder Woman turns 75 this year and for the first time, we will see it on the big screen. We had to attend a panel Wonder Woman 75th birthday at San Diego Comic-Con with artist Nicola Scott, artist Jim Lee, director Patty Jenkins Wonder Woman and women themselves, Gal Gadot.
Before the two out. Scott talked about what an honor it is to be able to draw Wonder Woman and be part of something that means so much to so many. He talks about the origin of her, just before the country entered World War II. He said that seeing a woman dressed in the American flag telling people, 'Let's go to war, "is a big moment in comics. He talked about what Wonder Woman is an important icon in the seventies and second-wave feminism, and how Gloria Steinem put him on the cover of Ms. Magazine says, "Wonder Woman for President." He said that, gliding through the third wave of feminism could be "quite decisive," but it's Wonder Woman is a "superhero inclusive," something the rest of the panel echoed. They all mentioned the importance that he has as a role model for young girls, but for men as well.
Lee talked about her history over this time and how he lost his powers for a time in the sixties and more of this type of Emma Peel, popular for "Avengers" TV show, and how the eighties, with the work of George Perez, has more than a game of Thrones felt before the last game of Thrones.
Jenkins talked about how Wonder Woman was a big influence on him and how to sit in the editing room late at night is not too bad because even after a long day, he said it was still called out, "I love Wonder Woman!" He and Gadot talk about feelings happen to be set. Gadot even said that, although he was not really a spiritual person, he really felt like the universe gave them signs that this will be good. Jenkins praised the Gadot's never complained and said that the cast and crew were blown away by his willingness to do anything, no matter how hard. Jenkins tells the story of how he was in a giant parka that people actually used to climb Mount Everest (which you can see in the image press) while Gadot is very little clothing. Gadot added, "In the cold, wearing not much, but it's okay. I love him. I wish I could take you all back in time to set up so you can experience what we have experienced. It is a unique experience special."
Jenkins talks about her feelings when 'TV series of the 70s, starring Lynda Carter and kids all "obsessed with the show and everyone on the playground say who they would be and said I wanted to be Wonder Woman ... he is everything . I did not become one of the boys. It was every fantasy come true. It was a memory I ... know you could be Wonder Woman. "
Gadot said he was very popular in which he grew up in Israel, and that he is a household name along with Batman and Superman. "I remember always knowing she was the most powerful female superhero," he said, calling it "Shero." She remembers getting a call about casting him while he was sitting on a plane on a runway at Los Angeles. He told his agent to make everyone in the office on the phone and said. She said she cried on the plane, but they later said that he could not tell anyone.
Gadot said that this is the story of a girl into a woman and Jenkins agreed said it was "a classic coming-of-age story arc, he wants to save the world." He said that Wonder Woman was God coming to man, and "see what humans are capable. you came to save the world and to be great, but how do you learn to become a hero who is loving and strong? "
Jenkins talked about wanting to do a female superhero movie for a long time, but the people are always afraid to take on, particularly Wonder Woman. He said that there was "apologist and that there are discussions about trying to make it hard and tough, because" universal version "of the superhero was a man." Why only white people can be universal? I feel like my job is the opposite of what people think. He's vulnerable. He fell in love, "he said, explaining that they did it to Superman, so why not Wonder Woman. She wanted to make it" movie of all people. "
What do you think of the trailer? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned to ComingSoon.net for more coverage from San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend. Wonder Woman will hit theaters on June 2, 2017.

When we got our hands on "Nintendo PlayStation" legendary prototype last November, the device works well as a Sony-branded audio sans SNES console, while the CD drive - the part that eventually led to the birth of PlayStation - failed to be recognized by the system. The device has since been handed over hacking maestro Ben Heck, who recently revealed that he finally got the CD drive power up. First of all, Ben cleaned pin contacts on the cartridge super Disc driver to get his 256KB RAM extension speaking with the console, then he removed one cable mod on the logic board, which got the CD drive to make a clicking sound and even pull the tray back in.
It was a nice "wow" moment for everyone, but the ticking sounds suggest that the CD drive struggled to move the optical head, plus the screen flickering. Ben thought this is to do with an electrical fault caused by three electrolytic capacitors leaked logic board, so he replaced them with the modern, and boom! CD drive alive! The diagnostic software gives all green ticks, and a CD player control panel appears to be working. As a bonus, the audio function has also been restored since it was part of a decoder CD drive, so we can now enjoy the SNES games on the device super rare as well.

What's left to do now is to find some game discs are compatible and see if they will run on the Nintendo PlayStation - Terry Diebold prototype owners believe that he might have one in a box he bought from the auction to decide. We also found a homebrew game called Super Boss Gaiden based on software dump Disc super cartridge, so here's hoping they can get to work on the device.

Herbalife With $200M Fine, Diet Firm to Go Legit

Herbalife With $200M Fine, Diet Firm to Go Legit

The Federal Trade Commission announced today that the diet and nutrition company Herbalife will have to pay a $200 million fine and restructure its business in response to allegations of “unfair and deceptive practices.”

The FTC called the settlement a “significant law enforcement action,” but the company claimed it as a victory in its fight against claims it was operating a pyramid-style scheme.
“The company promised people a dream – a chance to change their lives, quit their jobs and gain financial freedom,” FTC Chairwoman Edith Ramirez told reporters, “but the FTC has charged that this wasn’t true.”
Caught on Video: Can Herbalife Cure a Brain Tumor?
Ramirez said Herbalife was charged with deceiving thousands of people into believing they could make money as “distributors,” or salespeople, of Herbalife products when the only real money was actually in buying the products themselves and then recruiting other salespeople to do the actual selling. When asked by reporters if the Herbalife business model was similar to a pyramid scheme, Ramirez said the FTC was not focused on “labels.”
“Herbalife is going to have to start operating legitimately, making only truthful claims about how much money its members are likely to make, and it will have to compensate consumers for the losses they have suffered as a result of what we charge are unfair and deceptive practices," Ramirez said.
Herbalife was the focus of a year-long ABC News investigation in 2014 in which two reporters went undercover as Herbalife recruits and found a company that has struggled to prevent distributors from embellishing the financial prospects of a sales career there and hyping the health benefits of its products.
ABC News found that nearly 600 independent distributors of the diet and nutrition sales brand Herbalife had been disciplined by the company in 2013 for making medical claims when selling the company’s weight-loss shakes and supplements, despite company policies aimed at preventing such tactics.
In one instance, a Staten Island, N.Y., Herbalife distributor even told a potential customer -- who was actually an ABC News reporter wearing a hidden camera -- that a woman with a brain tumor became symptom free after starting on Herbalife products.
“She used to shake like this because she lost control of her motor skills to the tumor and she said part of her cerebellum was deteriorated,” he said. “If you see her now, she’s like one of us here... Whatever it is that the product did, it helped her a lot.”
Herbalife executives told ABC News at the time that they were "appalled" by the investigation’s findings, and would take pains to prohibit such tactics. The company announced a “significant re-training intiative.”
“In direct response to the interview where Brian Ross brought to light instances of members making unauthorized product claims, the company began a significant re-training initiative,” Herbalife spokeswoman Barb Henderson said in an email then.
Herbalife officials today counted the settlement with the FTC, as well as a $3 million settlement with the Illinois Attorney General, as victories and claimed the settlements were “an acknowledgement that [Herbalife’s] business model is sound,” in the words of Herbalife CEO Michael Johnson.
The settlements also “underscore our confidence in our ability to move forward successfully, otherwise we would not have agreed to the terms,” Johnson said.
In a press release, the company said that it believes “many of the allegations made by the FTC are factually incorrect,” but said it agreed to settle to avoid the financial cost and distraction of “protracted litigation.”
The pyramid scheme claims had fueled a four-year Wall Street feud led by billionaire hedge fund executive Bill Ackman, who bet big that Herbalife’s stock would drop amid the allegations. As recently as earlier this week, Ackman was continuing his series of presentations intended to spur government scrutiny of the company and drive down the stock price.
The company's stock value rose on news of the FTC agreement.
